Pannone Corporate is the most highly recommended law firm in the North West, according to new data from Legal 500 – the global research and data platform.

The Manchester law firm has been ranked number one in the region based on its Legal 500 net promoter score. Individual scores come from client responses to the question: ‘on a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?’

The data, which analyses nearly 14,000 client responses, is then used to calculate a net promoter score for each firm, a widely used client service metric to assess customer satisfaction. This allows firms to be benchmarked against each other, providing unique insight in the most highly regarded law firms across the world.

The Legal 500 analyses the capabilities of law firms across the world, with a comprehensive research programme revised and updated every year to bring the most up-to-date vision of the global legal market. The Legal 500 assesses the strengths of law firms in over 100 jurisdictions.

Pannone Corporate has been appointed by AirX – the luxury private aviation specialist – in a series of new client wins for the Manchester-based law firm.

The team will provide legal support to the fast growth company, which operates one of Europe’s largest private jet fleets, employing over 600 staff. Headquartered in Malta, AirX has operations in London, with AirX Jet Support based at Stanstead Airport.

The firm has also been appointed to the legal panel of Chopstix Group – one of the largest Asian-inspired quick serve restaurants in the UK. Pannone will provide legal support to the in-house legal team at Chopstix, which operates restaurants across the UK and Ireland. In addition, the firm has been appointed to the legal panel for  US-owned global manufacturing business, Quanex. The company operates more than 67 facilities worldwide, specialising in the fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration and security markets.
