I have over 25 years’ experience as a corporate partner specialising in private equity transactions. I have held a variety of roles including Managing Partner, Marketing Partner and Head of Clients and Markets. I have acted for large listed clients and SMEs together with a variety of institutions.

My most notable transactions include the privatisation of Interflora by way of a contested scheme of arrangement, the secondary buyout of Kirona for Livingbridge, the buyout and subsequent flotation of Eurocamp and the buyout and subsequent sale of the fashion brands Bench and Hooch.

Tim has been recognised as Corporate Lawyer of the year in the North West and won awards in relation to innovative business development. He is regularly noted in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer. Tim is a non-executive director at ShinDigger Craft Beer Limited.
