I am Chairman of Pannone Corporate, a member of the firm’s management board and partner in the firm’s corporate team. I am a founding partner of Pannone Corporate and was responsible for leading the negotiations that lead to the establishment of the firm.

Career highlights include acting as lead partner on the division and privatisation of Greater Manchester buses, advising Manchester Airport Plc on its acquisition of Humberside, east Midlands and Bournemouth airports, and advising BASF Plc on the sale of its Seal Sands facility to Ineos.

Steven has been a non executive director of several companies including Boohoo.com and Piccadilly Place General Partner.
