I have experience in acting on acquisitions and disposals across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare and recruitment, for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger entities. I also regularly advise on corporate documents including articles of association, shareholder agreements and cross option agreements.

Sophie works as part of our Corporate Services team. The team provide pragmatic advice to businesses large and small across a wide range of business sectors.

Career Highlight

I have played a key role in various cross border transactions, acting on both buy and sell side, such as the acquisition of a manufacturing business by an Italian owned purchaser and the sale of a regional construction company to a Swedish group.
