I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and have specialised in commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation since that time. I have experience in assisting clients in many sectors including retail, manufacturing, technology, professional partnerships, LLPs and creative industries amongst others.

I have been involved in a number of notable cases during my career, some of which remain leading authorities on particular issues. However, my personal highlight is being part of the group of partners that acquired the commercial practice from Pannone LLP to form Pannone Corporate LLP.

Paul has been listed as a leading individual (North West) in Chambers and Partners for commercial litigation and is also listed nationally in Chambers and Partners for his expertise in partnership and LLP disputes. He’s also recognised for his litigation expertise in Legal 500 as a leading individual.
