I am a former PhD scientist with over 20 years experience as a solicitor. I specialise in intellectual property and data protection. My expertise includes advising on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of patents and other intellectual property rights. I have particular experience in the chemical, life sciences, retail and creative industries.

I enjoy using my scientific background to understand a client’s technology. Particular highlights are successfully acting in a patent and design right action in the Court of Appeal and negotiating a complex patent licence agreement for a chemical company.

Patricia has been listed as a leading individual for intellectual property in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. She is a CEDR accredited mediator and has Higher courts rights. She has been awarded the Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection. Patricia has been appointed to Nominet UK’s panel of Experts to decide .uk domain name disputes. Prior to joining Pannone Corporate Patricia ran her own law firm and was formerly a partner at an international law firm.
