I have over 10 years’ experience advising UK and overseas clients on the resolution of their commercial problems. My work includes advising on contractual disputes, including those arising from business or asset sale agreements, professional negligence claims and shareholder disputes.

The highlight of my role is when hard work and persistence result in a satisfactory outcome to a client’s dispute, whether this be a seven figure damages settlement or on terms which preserve an ongoing commercial relationship.
