I have a specialism in advising clients in contentious trusts and probate disputes and have years of experience representing clients in commercial contract disputes, with a particular specialism in cases involving the recruitment industry. I also advise on partnership and professional negligence cases and other areas of general commercial litigation.

My greatest reward is resolving contentious trust and probate cases where positive outcomes make a real and immediate difference to people’s lives. For example, I settled a family probate dispute which had been ongoing for 5 years within six weeks of being instructed.

Jonny is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association and is on the Committee of the North West panel of the Association of Partnership Practitioners.
