While I have experience across a range of property issues, I have specialised in the residential development and licensing sectors in recent years. I have managed real estate teams over many years.

Disposal of a 20 acre site to a national developer. The process took 5 years and involved multiple issues relating to access, overage and final valuation.

Another highlight was the conditional purchase of a public house for a national pub group with 10 condition precedents.

Lastly, I built up a law firm and turned it into arguably the best commercial firm in Chester following which I sold my interest and then worked for a plc for the last few years. All of this has helped develop my knowledge and skill set.
