I have over 20 years’ experience advising all stakeholders in the insolvency process, including boards of directors, creditors, counterparties and government departments.

I have particular expertise in advising insolvency practitioners in both contentious assignments and transactions.

Career Highlight

A recent career highlight was helping the board of a national food supply group navigate its way through the rescue of the business whilst on the cusp of insolvency. The business was refinanced and is now thriving.

I have successfully pursued judgments against numerous delinquent directors on behalf of insolvency practitioners and litigation funders.
