I am a highly skilled property litigator who is experienced in advising on a broad spectrum of litigation matters including lease termination and renewal, debt and insolvency, guarantee claims, dilapidations, consents, residential and commercial possession, professional negligence, compulsory purchase and telecoms. I act for landlord, tenants, banks, insolvency practitioners and developers and have a particular interest in the Retail and Telecommunication sectors. I have delivered a number of seminars on topics including insolvency, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations and the old and new Telecoms Code.
Acting on the acquisition of a well known retailer out of administration and working to protect the 200+ portfolio from a variety of claims, thus enabling the buyer to review the performance of the portfolio and enter into leases with landlords in the stronger performing locations which in turn would lead to the sustainability of the acquired business.
