I dealt with the widely reported matter concerning enforceability of a restrictive covenant from a competition law perspective and I’m proud to say that we negotiated a satisfactory settlement for our client following the issuing of a claim in the Competition Appeal tribunal.

In addition to his legal qualifications, which include a Master of Laws degree from the University of Leeds, Gareth holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
