I joined Pannone’s employment team upon qualification in September 2025, having trained at Addleshaw Goddard.

I advise clients on advisory and transactional matters on a variety of different Employment and HR issues. I also have experience managing Tribunal cases, workplace investigations and working with individual clients.

I have particular experience with retail and consumer focussed clients, though advise clients in a range of sectors.

During my training contract, I undertook a six-month secondment to the in-house Employment legal team at the Co-operative Group Limited. I was responsible for managing tribunal claims, updating policy and providing strategic advice to the business.
