I joined Pannone Corporate in 2004 and qualified with the Restructuring team in 2006. I have experience of both contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters from the perspective of insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors and directors/businesses.

I have taken two cases to the Court of Appeal on matters of significance for the law in respect of s.375 and s.284 of the Insolvency Act 1986 respectively. My personal highlight is rescuing a local, non-league football club from liquidation in time for it to play in the first round of the FA Cup.
