The team represents corporate and individual defendants across a range of regulatory interventions and prosecutions including: (i) Corporate and Individual gross negligence manslaughter; (ii) Health and Safety related offences arising under the Health and Safety at Work Act and related legislation ; (iii) Investigations in the care sector led by CQC; and (iv) Trading Standards related matters.

About

I joined Pannone Corporate LLP in August 2024 after completing my training contract at a national law firm. I work as part of the Regulatory team advising corporate and individual defendants in respect of a wide range of regulatory interventions and prosecutions.

Career Highlight

During my training contract, I worked alongside Counsel throughout a week-long successful High Court trial.
