I am a solicitor in our Corporate team having qualified in March 2017. I assist in a wide range of corporate transactions for clients ranging from owner managed businesses to multinational companies including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, debt and equity investments, reorganisations and shareholders’ agreements.

A career highlight was acting for the founders of the Parklife music festival and live music venue The Warehouse Project on the simultaneous sale of a substantial number of shares to Live Nation-Gaiety, a joint venture between two of the world’s leading live entertainment companies, Live Nation and Gaiety Investments.
