I have substantial experience advising on commercial agreements with a focus on IP and IT related contracts such as brand and technology licences, R&D agreements, sponsorship agreements, and IT agreements, such as SaaS, software and systems development, outsourcing, and managed IT services.

I advised Boohoo on its acquisition of the IP rights of Nasty Gal Inc for $20m. I also advised an official supplier and sponsor of the London 2012 Olympics on its supply agreement and West Yorkshire Combined Authority on the procurement of a new RTI system for the public bus network in Yorkshire.
