My work involves intellectual property and general commercial, defamation and privacy disputes. I advise clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement as well as contractual and shareholder disputes, derivative claims, agency matters and complaints to the ASA, Nominet and WIPO.

I have enjoyed working on a number of high value and business critical IP disputes for well known brand owners. I was also part of the team that advised a client on a £1 million high court shareholder dispute and derivative action which is the subject of a reported decision.
