Imogen works as part of our Commercial Services team. The team advises on all types of commercial agreements across multiple sectors, ranging from straightforward trading agreements through to complex major projects.

I recently assisted on a multi-million dollar, cross-jurisdictional transaction for a client in the transport sector, advising from a corporate and commercial perspective. I have also assisted on the sale of a majority stake in a fast fashion retailer.
