I have experience in all corporate legal work including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, venture capital and private equity transactions, acting for institutional investors and management teams.

A career highlight was assisting the formation of the corporate team at Pannone Corporate LLP in 2014, and watching the team grow. Stand out transactions include advising Go Outdoors on their £100m MBO backed by 3i and Parmenion Capital Partners on its disposal to Aberdeen Asset Management for £57m.
