I advise employers on all aspects of employment law. This includes providing regular representation and advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. I have particular experience of working with businesses in the manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. I work closely with clients which allows me to understand their objectives and provide practical and pragmatic advice to enable them to achieve those objectives.

Successfully representing a large employer in the retail sector and helping to manage the significant number of Tribunal claims it was receiving. This involved taking over the management of the existing claims and then working with the client’s HR team to put in place measures to permanently reduce the number of claims it received.
