Our firm can, via Pannone and Partners and Pannone LLP, trace its roots back to 1852. The name Pannone is synonymous with legal services, and we are immensely proud to carry the name forward, over 160 years later. We pride ourselves on our strong culture and our commitment to our clients. The firm today is a leading independent regional commercial law firm that is a trusted advisor to hundreds of clients that are regionally, nationally and internationally based.
When we acquired the majority of the commercial practice of Pannone LLP in February 2014, the creation of Pannone Corporate gave us the perfect platform for a vision and set of values that truly reflect who we are as professionals and as people.
Our ambition was firmly focused on building a very different kind of law firm that provides clients (long standing and new) with a service worthy of personal recommendation.
Over 10 years into our journey and we have much to be proud of, we are looking forward to building on what we have already achieved and leading the way in outstanding client service.
Our firm was formed from an MBO of the commercial practice of top 50 law firm, Pannone LLP in 2014. We were able to hand pick our teams to fit our clients needs and requirements. Since 2014 we have continued to recruit talented lawyers and support staff based not only on technical excellence and consistent client service but also on cultural fit and emotional intelligence. We have created a collegiate and supportive working environment which is refreshingly free of egos and politics.
