No win, no fee

We are also able to act on a conditional fee agreement in certain debt matters. A conditional fee agreement is sometimes referred to as a “no win, no fee” agreement.

We will assess your debt at the outset and if it satisfies our review for this purpose we will act for you on a no recovery, no fee basis. This initial assessment is at no cost to you. If we are not successful in recovering your debt for you, we will not charge you in respect of our fees.

We are also able to offer this service if the recovery process includes county court proceedings or insolvency proceedings. If we offer you a conditional fee based debt recovery service, our fees are capped at 15% of the amount recovered and will be based on the actual time spent recovering your debt.
