I specialise in the resolution of disputes relating to intellectual property, reputation management and trade libel. My focus is on the enforcement and protection of our clients’ intellectual property and reputations, brand strategy and management. I have particular experience in the retail, fashion, manufacturing, technology, media and creative industries.

I have been involved in a number of high profile and reported cases since I qualified in 2002, but my highlights include those where search and seizure orders were served or defended in multi million pound parallel import disputes.
